Fiber-cement should be the preferred building material especially in acidic and alkali environments and humid climates where metal is prone to corrode.  Fiber-cement materials are also advantageous for difficult designs since by nature fiber-cement can be molded easily into any shape during manufacturing.     This makes fiber-cement an ideal building product with longevity, design flexibility and economy. 

Atermit corrugated fiber-cement’s declared values are C1Y or C2Y according to TS EN 494. The fire standard according to Euroclass is A1 and TS ENV 1187 B-Roof (t2).
